Dezhou Pipeline Network PPP Project

Dezhou Pipeline Network Project will be developed under a public private partnership scheme as an independent pipeline network, which integrates the responsibilities of investment, construction and operation. The construction work of the project includes development of waste water pipeline network of approximately 28 kilometers and two waste water lift pump stations, as well as the upgrading of an existing waste water lift pump station.  The Project will be invested and constructed based on a build, operate, tansfer model, with a concession period of 22 years. The private partner will be in charge of financing, design optimisation, construction, operation, maintenance and transfer.
