Description | The DEZiR project is a synthetic aviation fuel (eSAF) plant located in Rouen, France. Technip Energies has acquired a minority equity stake in the project and will contribute its carbon capture solution, Canopy by T.EN™ powered by Shell CANSOLV, to capture biogenic CO2 from nearby industries for eSAF production. The project includes Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) carried out by Rely, a joint venture of Technip Energies. The plant is expected to produce 80,000 tons per year of decarbonized aviation fuel and is part of a portfolio of seven eSAF plants aimed at replicability and cost reduction. |
