DFactory Expansion Project

under construction

The DFactory building in the Zona Franca industrial park, originally opened in 2021 to test the industry of the future, is undergoing an expansion to increase its space from approximately 17,000 square meters to 60,000 square meters. The expansion involves constructing four additional buildings, two of which will expand the portfolio of companies in the park, including manufacturing and laboratories, with a focus on healthcare companies. The project also includes a new building designed to host community events such as concerts, sporting activities, conferences, and presentations, featuring a large LED screen. The expansion aims to integrate the industrial park more into city life and attract more businesses.
