Description | The project entails the construction of a 46.73 KM elevated expressway in Dhaka, Bangladesh. SPV is First Dhaka Elevated Expressway Company, Ltd., a JV between the sponsors Italian-Thai Development Public Company (51%), China Shandong International Economic & Technical Co-operation Group (35%), and Sinohydro Corporation (14%). China EXIM financed the project with a loan of $461 million while ICBC provided another $400 million. The JV will build-operate-transfer the project for a period of 25 years.
