The main goal of the current project is to continue to build on the practises identified as effective through the evaluation of previous Youth dialogue projects (National youth conferences and training of youth delegates) , but also will improve the dialogue on the different levels by developing a more comprehensive and sustainable approach for some of the planned activities. Following the objectives of the EU Youth dialogue and with special focus on the topic of the 9th Youth goal the proposed project will raise the level of participation of young people starting from bottom (local) to top level (National and European) by evaluating the current situation and developing a pilot model for long term improvement of the levels of participation (with special focus on extending the reach towards non-organized youth) thus involving and empowering young people to contribute towards a positive change in youth policy in local, national and EU level.
