Dieppe Industrial Park Expansion - Phase 2B

This project consists of adding road infrastructure to extend Aviation Avenue and provide access to the future industrial park in the City of Dieppe. The project will also install water infrastructure to connect to the City’s water distribution system, in order to adequately supply the industrial park with water. The scope of work for the road infrastructure includes leveling the land at the end of Aviation Avenue where the road will extend on top of previously installed water and sewer infrastructure, followed by completing the road extension with gravel, asphalt and curb. The road work will cover be approx. 1.5km in length. The scope of work to connect to the aqueduct includes installing a 4.4km long water pipe with a diameter of 350mm that will connect Aviation Avenue to Champlain Street. As much as possible, the pipes will follow existing paths and trails to avoid swamps and wetlands in the area.
