Digital Competence for Nurses and People with Care Needs

Project objective: The aim of the project DiKomP is to prepare caregivers and caregivers for digital transformation. With particular attention to time- and location-independent and lifelong learning, concepts for the imparting of digital competences are developed, realised and evaluated. For people with nursing needs (MMP) and their associates (AUZ), recommendation on counselling and education at the municipal level on digital technologies is formulated. Description: DiKomP develops on-demand online courses to learn digital skills for nursing staff, which are able to use digital tools, participate in the development and selection of digital technologies, and competently advise people with care needs (MMP) and their associates (AUZ). At the municipal level, a basic survey on the need for digital competence of MMP and AUZ, the formulation of recommendations for action and, if necessary, implementation is carried out.
