The project will involve organizations from Hungary, Denmark, and Italy, and will develop and implement educational programs and activities that combine sports and digital health, with a focus on the benefits of physical exercise and healthy screen usage. The project will target youth and communities across Europe, working with youth, educators, and youth workers to develop a healthy digital lifestyle. The specific objectives of the project are: - To develop a comprehensive digital fitness guide, incorporating interactive and engaging resources for youth, educators, and youth workers to promote healthy digital habits and physical activity. - To involve countries that have expertise in sports and digital health, as well as countries in need of innovative approaches to tackle screen addiction, in the development and implementation of the project. - To target youth and communities across Europe, working with youth, educators, and youth workers to develop a healthy digital lifestyle. - To promote the benefits of physical exercise and healthy screen usage, while reducing the risks associated with excessive screen time. - To enhance the digital skills and competencies of youth, educators, and youth workers, promoting their active participation in the digital world while maintaining a healthy balance. - To raise awareness and understanding of the impact of excessive screen time on mental and physical health, and promote responsible and healthy use of digital devices.
