Description
Description | The Annual Work Plan proposed by Wereld Esperanto Vereniging (Universala Esperanto-Asocio, UEA), aims at: raising awareness about the state of the art of digital literacy and competence in the EU; facilitating the exchange of better practice on digital literacy and competence among individuals and organisations coming from different backgrounds; identifying improvement areas on digital literacy and competence among its members Member Organisations; empowering the skills of members, educators and training on digital literacy and competence; developing materials, models, guidelines on digital literacy and competence; promoting the opportunities offered by the Erasmus+ programme to a wider community; contributing to create a more accessible and sustainable education thanks to digital tools and practice. UEA has already intensified the digital transition of its activities since 2020, being the COVID-19 pandemic a challenge and at the same time a dynamo to push forward the digitalisation of its activities; after the improvement of the health crisis, UEA has introduced virtual and hybrid activities in its regular calendar of activities. In the framework of its Annual Work Plan, UEA intends to launch in 2025 a specific thematic year dedicated to Digital Literacy and Competence: this will further strengthen the thematic links of the regular activities of the organisation with this topic and propose ad hoc activities, aimed at improving the state of the art of digital literacy and competence among its members and Member Organisations, at raising awareness about this topic beyond its contact network and to contribute to enhance accessibility and sustainability in education, making it accessible for all thanks to the opportunities provided by the Erasmus+ programme. |
