It is a program of cooperation between the local administrations, under the institutional frame of the Associations of Municipalities of Macaronesia in the field of new technologies, as a valid tool to surpass the geographical and linguistic barriers within our regions. It will allow to create links of practical cooperation among the municipalities, usind to advantage of the relations derived from the network of infrastructures, services, resources, knowledge and experiences under the support and development in the matter of implantation of the new technologies in the local administrations and the creation of a macaronesian Intranet Associations of Municipalities that will lend technical support to the activities developed within the framework of this project.
