Digital Overhaul for Delaware Office of Child Care Licensing

planned

A digital overhaul project to create a digital 'one stop shop' for the Delaware Office of Child Care Licensing. The new portal will provide early childhood professional profiles, a professional registry, child care program support, caseload management, quality-monitoring systems, and more. The project aims to replace paper files with an electronic record system to streamline licensing and compliance monitoring.
