Digital Submission of Construction Documents via Diia Application

planned

The government of Ukraine has adopted a resolution allowing private house owners to submit notifications on the commencement of construction works and the declaration of facility readiness electronically through the "Diia" application. This digital service covers private houses with an area not exceeding 500 m², up to two floors, and utility buildings such as garages, summer kitchens, and sheds. The initiative aims to digitalize the urban planning sector, increase transparency, minimize corruption risks, and simplify procedures by reducing human factor influence. The services are under development, and the launch date will be announced later.
