The general objective of the program is to improve Chile's competitiveness that fosters sustainable and inclusive economic growth. The specific objectives are: (i) to accelerate the digital transformation of public services and digital connectivity; (ii) to promote the transition to circular production models; and (iii) to encourage the formalization of employment through support for micro and small enterprises (MSE), incentives for hiring, and labor intermediation. This loan operation is the second of two consecutive single-disbursement operations, technically linked to each other but independently financed, under the modality of a Programmatic Loan to Support Policy Reforms (PBP).
