To meet emerging digitalisation, the project develops tools, guidelines and methods for innovative business development in the public sector. The project’s goal is to meet the emerging digitalisation by developing, in close cooperation across national borders, a long-term sustainable innovation capacity, more efficient organisation and challenge-driven business development in the public sector. The project will develop a visualisation tool for decision-making, practical guidelines for organising innovative business development in public organisations, an evaluation methodology to assess the value of potential e-solutions, and a methodology for social and participatory challenge-driven innovation.
