Description | On 1 February 2011, the management agreement regarding the Dihe Wastewater Treatment Plant in Lincheng County, Hebei Province was formally signed between the local government and a local private company, Shandong Hezheng Environment Protection Engineering Co., Ltd.. The agreement was procured on an open competitive basis at the end of 2010 when 9 companies submitted bids. The winning treatment price offered by Shandong Hezheng was 0.73 Yuan per cubic meter. The company will operate the facility till 31 December 2020. Dihe Wastewater Treatment Plang came into operation in August 2010 and its treatment capacity is 20,000 cubic meters per day. Shandong Hezheng has a 100% stake in the project. |
