Description | Kardan Water International Group Co., Ltd. signed an agreement in June 2008 with Dingzhou Municipal Government to construct a wastewater treatment plant with a capacity of 40,000 cubic meters per day in Dingzhou City, Hebei Province. The project was procured via direct negotiation. Kardan would operate the facility for 30 years before transferring it back to the local government. The total investment was RMB 35 million (US$ 5.01 million), and Kardan owns 100% of the project. |
