Description | The Dinsdale Personal Care Home - HVAC Upgrade and Replace Air Handling Unit project (the Project) consists of an upgrade to the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system, in order to meet current healthcare/building codes. The upgrade will improve ventilation by increasing filtration, air changes and the amount of outside air. The Project supports the ventilation category objective of increasing outdoor air intake and/or air cleaning in a publicly-owned infrastructure asset that serves populations that are more susceptible to poor outcomes if they contract COVID-19. |
