Description | Disney is undertaking a massive, secret redevelopment project at the western end of Disney's BoardWalk Resort promenade, gutting the former entertainment building down to its skeleton. This project is part of a multi-year transformation aiming to redefine the adult-oriented nightlife and entertainment district around Crescent Lake, moving away from the previous theme to a more upscale, cohesive entertainment area. The redevelopment includes demolition of the old structure and plans for a new multi-level social club, an IP-integrated lounge, or a high-capacity convention venue. The project is expected to complete by mid-to-late 2027. |
