Distribution and promotion of high quality feature films across Europe and the world

"We are planning to reinvest the grant to acquire 2-3 high quality European titles with competitive MGs with the aim to premiere at either Cannes or Venice FF, ideally in competition sections in 2023. The strategic goal is to raise our profile as world sales company and to enhance the distribution potential of Pluto Film's titles across Europe and the world. Furthermore, we would like to use the grant to invest into marketing and festival promotion activities, to implement audience-engagement campaigns throughout all distribution windows (festivals, theatrical, streaming, and others) With the method of ""Audience Design"" we continue to have an innovative and individual approach to film distribution, by developing audience-engagement strategies for each title from the start, working together with both producers and distributors. We will build on our strong market presence especially in regard to festivals and theatrical distributors. And since we are up-to-date with the latest trends and currents in the industry and flexible to an ever-changing business environment, we aim to use the grant to further expand our network of buyers with new partners from TV, streaming platforms, aggregators and auxiliary rights holders across Europe and from all over the world."
