Description	The Project involves development of two wind farms with a combined capacity of 170 MW in the low income state of Madhya Pradesh in India by Surajbari Windfarm Development Pvt Ltd (“SWDPL” or the “Sponsor”) through its two wholly owned subsidiaries, DJ Energy Private Limited and Uttar Urja Projects Private Limited (“DJEPL” and “UUPPL” respectively or the “Companies”). SWDPL has a successful track record of implementing wind power projects in India. It has about 127MW capacity under operation in the state of Gujarat and Maharashtra and another 115MW project is under construction in Maharashtra.
