Domaine Juliette-Huot Renovation

pre-construction

The refurbishment project at the Maison Juliette-Huot aims to modernise this home for the elderly and make it more environmentally friendly. The work will include demolishing and rebuilding the entrance ramp to improve accessibility, replacing doors and windows with more energy-efficient models, adding gutters and roof ventilators, and improving insulation. The project also includes decontamination and removal of a buried oil tank, installation of an electric furnace, and various repairs to the building envelope. These improvements will directly benefit isolated seniors and those with reduced mobility, providing a more comfortable, safe and sustainable environment.
