Description | Dominion Energy South Carolina has proposed a $322 million rate increase, which would result in about $20 more per month for the average customer. Dominion spent nearly $600,000 on lobbying and donations to lawmakers in 2025 to support this law, which also facilitates utilities in recovering costs for new power plants and infrastructure. |
