Description	The project envisages the construction of 1400 kilometers of rural roads, 163 narrow-risk bridges, 97.10 kilometers of county roads, 47.50 kilometers of provincial road expansion, and 50% of Dongxin Expressway Luyu boundary over-limit inspection station. Mu, construction area of ??4,000 square meters, connecting roads 1000 meters, parking lot 10,000 square meters and a special treatment super testing equipment. 2,900 billboards are set on the road; shoulders and side ditch on both sides are used as seedling nursery bases, which can be used to plant 255,400 eucalyptus trees. SPV is Dongming County Longming Engineering Project Management Co., Ltd., a JV between the sponsor Longjian Road and Bridge Co., Ltd. (90 %) and the government company Dongming Mingxiang Investment Development Co., Ltd. (10 %) . Total project cost is $ 295.07 million. The BOT concession has a duration of 18 years.
