Description | The project involves the investment, financing, construction, operation and maintenance of a 3.924 KM first class highway Dongtou Lingkun Section of National Highway 228 in Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province of China. The project is structured under BOT model for a concession period of 15 years. The return mechanism is fixed government payment.
