Description | On April 11, 2011 a Singapore based company Sinomem Technology Ltd. Signed an agreement with the Kenli County Government to finance, build and operate a wastewater treatment plant in Kenli County, Dongying City, Shandong Province. The plant is to serve the ‘modern service area’ which is in the western suburban district of Dongying City. It is a small project with a capacity of 10,000 cubic meters per day. The total investment is over RMB 25 million (US$ 3.82 million). Sinomem has a 100% stake in the project. Construction commenced on July 7, 2011 and is expected to be completed by June 2012. According to a report in Oct 2011, a significant part of the civil engineering works had been finished. |
