Description | On April 21, 2016, a local private company Anhui Guozhen won a bid to operate the existing Dongzhi County Wastewater Treatment Plant in Dongzhi County, Anhui Province. The transfer prices was US$ 23.17 million (RMB 151.4553 million). The project scope included a treatment plant of 20,000 tons per day, networks of 80 km. Dongzhi Guozhen Water Treatment Company Limited was established to implement the project, as a JV of Guozhen (80%) and Dongzhi County Yaocheng Potable Water Co., Ltd. (20%). The total equity was US$ 4.64 million (RMB 30.30 million) and the debt of US$ 16.06 million (RMB 105 million) was borrowed from the China Agricultural Bank and the Bank of China. The concession term was 30 years. |
