Doropo Gold Project

The Doropo Gold Project is a definitive feasibility study stage open pit mining project located in the northeast of Côte d'Ivoire. It has a Mineral Reserve of 1.88Moz gold grading 1.53 g/t Au. The project includes a 4.2 Mtpa processing plant and is expected to produce an average of 167koz gold per annum over 10 years at an average AISC of US$1,047/oz. The development capital estimate is US$373 million. The project has received environmental permits and is expected to reach a final investment decision by the end of 2025, with construction over approximately two years and first production by mid-2028. The acquisition cost is US$150 million including upfront and deferred payments. The project will be funded from existing liquidity and external debt facilities.
