Description | DOSHION Pvt Limited, (“DOSHION” or “Company”) provides water and wastewater treatment and transmission EPC services for industrial and municipal applications in India. The Company also has limited manufacturing operations, primarily in making GRP pipes and specialty chemicals for use in the water treatment industry. Services provided by the Company include undertaking EPC and turnkey contracts, and Build-Own-Operate-Transfer (BOOT) concessions for industrial and municipal customers. The Company currently has four concessions – a 24x7 water supply concession in Shivpuri, Madhya Pradesh; an industrial water supply/wastewater treatment BOOT for Nagarjuna Oil Corporation Limited (NOCL) in Cuddalore, Tamil Nadu; a desalination concession in TWAD and a brackish water desalination DBOOT for Rajasthan Mines and Minerals in Rajasthan. The proposed IFC investment is equity / quasi equity investment of INR equivalent of up to USD 24 million to finance capital expenditure and upcoming BOOT based water and wastewater projects, water transmission projects involving bulk water supply and cross country pipelines. |
