Description

As of October 2011, no further details about the financial structure of the project were available. A google search indicated the wind farm was reported as costing $52 million, but this may have been cache, as the website no longer existed. This implies an average cost of $1.22 million per MW, applying this to the expansion would indicate a total cost of: $18.4 million (ESTIMATION).
