Description | The Double Black Diamond Solar Project is an 800MW solar power plant located in Illinois, US. Developed by Swift Current Energy, the project commenced construction in March 2023 and began operations in April 2025. The project generated 500 jobs during construction and is expected to generate $100m in tax revenue for local counties. |
