Downie Optimist Hall Renovations

The project will rehabilitate and expand the Downie Optimist Hall in the Township of Perth South. The work will involve removing carpeted walls, repairing the ceiling and walls, replacing the kitchen, adding gender neutral and accessible washrooms, installing new lighting, and expanding the parking lot to include accessible spots. The project will enable the Downie Optimist Hall to improve the safety and accessibility of the Hall, while increasing access to recreational and community activities.
