The project includes demolition of most of the mall and construction of apartments, homes, shops, and offices. Adjacent to this, CRG is building Wildhorse Village, a large housing and retail project on previously undeveloped land. The city approved a $353 million tax-increment financing (TIF) package in 2022 to help pay for new infrastructure at these sites and nearby public amenities. |
