Downtown Cleveland 50-Acre Lakefront Redevelopment

planned

Cleveland is seeking developers for a 50-acre Downtown lakefront site, including the land where the Huntington Bank Field (Browns stadium) currently stands. The project involves redevelopment of the entire site after the Browns move to a new stadium in Brook Park in 2029. The plan includes site preparations such as adding utilities, installing streets, regrading, and repaving land, with vertical construction expected to start after stadium demolition. The master plan includes public spaces, a hotel, apartments, and a food hall, aiming to create a vibrant lakefront district with public access and year-round activities.
