The project will include 1,394 apartments, retail space, 269 parking spaces, and 62,000 square feet of amenities such as a gym, golf simulator, theater room, coworking space, party room, lounge, basketball court, bowling alley, and pool deck. The first tower with 680 apartments is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2026, and the second tower with 714 apartments is expected to be completed in spring 2028. |
