Description	Dragon Power Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign owned enterprise headquartering in Beijing Municipality, specializing in the generation of clean energy from agricultural waste and the manufacture of equipment and systems required for such conversion. China Dragon Base Power Technology Ltd. has 88% stake in the company and Citibank owns the rest of the share. The company was created in 2004 and had more than 13 biomass power plants in operation across China, mainly distributed in Hebei and Shandong provinces, with a total installed capacity of 30 MW and seven under construction in 2007. The registration capital of the company is US$ 181 million. This project, like some old items in the database, is actually about a company which has implemented plenty of PPI projects.
