(“DrC”) is a Brazilian tech-enabled healthcare platform that provides affordable, out-of-pocket primary and secondary care through an integrated model combining diagnostics and telemedicine. With 30 clinics across São Paulo, DrC serves low- and middle-income populations who are underserved by the public system and excluded from traditional private care. DrC leverages a subscription-based model offering discounted services and family coverage. IFC is proposing a preferred equity investment of up to USD 30 million to build clinics in the state of São Paulo as well as nationally across Brazil. The investment will also strengthen DrC’s technology infrastructure, driving operational efficiency and enhancing patient engagement. |
