Description | Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) has signed an agreement with Bagmane Developers Private Limited for the construction of the DRDO Sports Complex Metro Station on the Outer Ring Road (ORR) Blue Line (Phase 2A). Bagmane Developers will invest ₹40 crore towards the construction and receive naming rights for 20 years. The company will also contribute to the station's interior and façade design. The ORR Blue Line corridor spans 19.75 km with 17 stations, including this station. The ORR stretch is expected to open for commercial operations by December 2026. |
