This is a Creative Media EUROPE TV and Online content application on behalf of a Luxembourgish-Dutch-German-Polish co-production between Iris Productions, Syrreal Entertainment, Topkapi Films (NL) and Enter Film (PL). The primary objectives of this project proposal are to increase and develop the capacity of Iris Productions to produce high-end series projects with a wide circulation potential in European territories and beyond. We want to strengthen and further foster our standing and cooperation within the European market and enhance our collaboration with European co-production partners. In doing so, the ultimate goal of the proposal is to secure additional financial support to produce and deliver a high end 6-episode series entitled Droneland, set in a near-future setting that will be eerily recognisable to the viewer. A series about a European future that will make the unthinkable become conceivable. LOGLINE In a European future where drones are watching your every move, a troubled combat veteran and a young Europol agent form an unlikely duo to investigate the murder of a politician in a near crime-less world.
