The Slovak Centre of Scientific and Technical Information (SCSTI) - Slovakia together with the University of Belgrade (UoB) - Serbia will continue as a team responsible for the coordination of the PA7 “To develop the Knowledge Society (research, education, and ICT)” within the EU Strategy for the Danube Region (EUSDR). Based on the previous years of cooperation between Slovakia and Serbia, both countries decided to continue in their common effort and focus the new project in the upcoming period 2023-2028 foremost on improving the effectiveness of PA7 coordination, supporting the PA7 Steering Group members, and other stakeholders in implementing EUSDR, enhancing policy development and policy initiatives contributing to capacity building in higher education, research and innovation in the DR and increasing inclusion of the Danube countries into European Research Area, communication and increased visibility of the PA and dissemination of PA’s achievements, as well as capitalisation activities within EUSDR and beyond.
