Thailand-based operator DTAC is planning to invest 70 billion baht between 2016 and 2018 on the deployment of 4G LTE infrastructure and upgradation of its national backbone network. Of this, 20 billion baht will be invested in 2016. Further, the operator expects to have LTE networks in 77 provinces by mid-2016 and coverage in all 878 districts by end-September 2016.
