Description | The Dubai Metro Blue Line is a new metro route in Dubai consisting of two routes spanning 21km and 9km respectively. It will connect the north-east of the city with the existing Dubai Metro line, featuring 14 stations across 30km at key points. The line is expected to decrease traffic congestion by 20% and provide a direct connection to Dubai International Airport and nine key areas. The project is scheduled to be completed by 2029 to coincide with the 20th anniversary of the Dubai Metro. |
