Description | Information RVNL - II has come up with Dum Dum Airport-New Garia via Rajarhat-Construction of Metro Railway with a ticket size of 8964.35 INR Crores. This project in Railway Track sub-sector involves The current status of the project is Notice to Proceed and is being developed through the EPC route. Economic/Social Impact of the Project The project was sanctioned in 2010-11 . Works is progressing, however some hindrances are being faced. CRS authorization has been received for 5 stations with section length of 5.4KM out of phase1. Rest part is having hindrances which are being cleared. Being very long corridor, one depot has been planned at Rajarhat, Newtown for which land is under acquisition. The cost of the Depot with land is under process for sanction as revised estimate. |
