The project aims to create an integrated, bidirectional hydrogen transmission network linking major import sites, production facilities, and industrial clusters including North Sea Port, Port of Rotterdam, and ports of Antwerp and Ghent. The initial strategic node is planned near Zandvliet, between Zeeland (Netherlands) and Antwerp (Belgium). |
