Description | The proposed IFC investment is a senior A-loan investment of up to US$16.3 million and the mobilization of other lenders by IFC for another up to US$16.3 million to Groupe Duval (“Duval” or “the Group”) and its subsidiary in Cote D’Ivoire, Terasson Invest (the “Company”), to support the development and operation of a mixed-use property complex consisting of a serviced apartment hotel, office space, as well as shopping, food & beverage and restaurants area, to be located in Plateau, the business district of Abidjan, Cote d’Ivoire (the “Project” or the “Saint Paul Project”). Construction is expected to start in the second quarter of 2024 and last up to 27 months.
