e-Courts Phase III Project

launched

Phase III of the e-Courts project is a transformative digital initiative aimed at making justice delivery seamless, inclusive, and accessible across India. It focuses on extending digital justice to remote and underserved regions, bridging the digital divide, and expanding facilitation centres called eSewa Kendras to assist litigants with digital access. The project also introduces several digital initiatives such as Single Sign-On (SSO), electronic delivery of court documents, and integration of e-Courts with e-Prisons systems.
