e-Courts Phase III Project

planned

Phase III of the e-Courts project aims to transform the justice delivery system in India by making it seamless, inclusive, and accessible across the country. It focuses on extending digital justice to remote and underserved regions, bridging the last-mile digital divide, and expanding eSewa Kendras to assist litigants with digital access and participation in court processes. The project also introduces digital initiatives like Single Sign-On, electronic delivery of court documents, and integration between e-Courts and e-Prisons systems.
