Objectives - Overall objective: To enhance the efficiency and the confidence to the judicial system by providing access to justice for inhabitants and business. - Specific objective: To devlop automatic data uplaod to the European e-Justice Portal ensuring “Find a court” option. Activities Work Package 1 – Management and coordination of the Project Work Package 2 - Analysis of existing situation including international experience Work Package 3 – Development of European Court Database and improvements of e-services Work Package 4 – Informative Campaign Type and number of persons benefiting from the project The professionals of the justice system –judges, prosecutors, lawyers, sworn advocates, officials from the Ministry of Justice, Court Administration, society Expected results - Increased quality of services provided by the courts and increased availability of the e-services in others languages not only in native one. - Strengthened cooperation and exchange of information between competent national authorities, including courts in relation to e-justice concept. - European Court Database introduced. - National e-service portal available in English and German. - Informative campaign organized to popularize surveys for court clients and prosecutors, advocates and lawyers. The specific objective of the project is to develop automatic data upload to the European e-Justice Portal ensuring “Find a court” option. In the framework of the project European Court Database will be introduced. It is planned to make national e-service portal available in English and German. It is planned also to organize informative campaign to popularize surveys for court clients and prosecutors, advocates and lawyers.
