E Surfside Boulevard Paving Improvements

E. Surfside Boulevard, from Breakwater Avenue to Elm Street, is a roadway reconstruction project that includes various street and utility improvements. The project objective is to reconstruct the existing roadway pavement section and to reconstruct select underground utilities. This project also includes reconstruction of some of the existing sidewalk, curb ramps, concrete driveways, concrete curb and gutter, roadway striping, roadway pavement markers, and traffic signage.
