Description | The Eagle Nuclear Energy Oregon uranium site drilling program is an investigative drilling campaign at the Aurora Uranium Project in Oregon, targeting the largest conventional uranium deposit in the U.S. The program involves 47 diamond drill holes totaling 27,000 feet, aimed at generating engineering-grade datasets for mine design, processing plant design, and regulatory compliance. The drilling is planned to be conducted from July to October 2026, funded from an existing $30 million cash position, with a budget of $4.7 million. The drilling contractor is Harris Exploration Drilling & Associates. The program's objectives include metallurgical sampling, hydrogeological characterization, rock mechanics testing, resource expansion, and integrated downhole data logging. |
