It aims to break the pattern of isolated national AI efforts by creating a regional framework that advances transdisciplinary AI research, integrates inclusive AI curricula, and supports harmonised, gender-responsive AI policies. The alliance builds on the infrastructure and relationships of the dSkills@EA project and uses a distributed node model inviting universities across member states to host network nodes as regional centres of excellence. |
